The New Year's Eve Murder Mystery train leaves the station at 8pm. We return a little after midnight. It includes dinner. You are allowed to bring your own beverages on the train. We have a wine tasting in the depot before the train ride and you may also purchase beverages there. We have a firework show at our Village at midnight. We are a fun bunch, We love to laugh and goof off. The price is $50 person and it must be reserved in advance.  

It is your responsibility to notify us of any special diet requirements, food allergies, and seating preferences. 

Keep in mind that the train, all the events and activities are run entirely by Volunteers. We are not professional actors, singers, or showmen. But we have a lot of fun, and that's all that really counts. We will be sure drag you right along with us as we do that. 

Please arrive by 7pm  on the day of your reservation in order to claim your tickets. Murder Mysteries include a Wine Tasting with options for purchase, which will begin at 7pm in the Iron Mountain Whistle Stop Depot. 

Tickets: You will receive a phone call 1 week before to take your credit card information. Cards will be charged on the day of your event at 8am. 

Cancellations: You must call to cancel by 9pm the day before your reservation, otherwise you be charged.

All events are handicapped accessible, No Animals are allowed, except registered service animals. 

We are not responsible for lost items. Although we do our best to find and return items, we are a public venue, which limits our control of these matters. We do have a lost and found area and we place items left at the depot and on the train in it. 

We are a public venue. With purchase of your tickets, you are confirming your consent to be photographed. We use photos on our website and social media. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to verbally convey revocation of this consent. You agree to grant to St. Louis Iron Mountain and Southern Railway and its authorized representatives permission to record on photography film and/or video, pictures of your participation. I further agree that any or all of the material photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochure, or other printed materials used to promote this organization, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
