Our company collects your email address, phone number and the name you submit for reservations. We do not share it with anyone other than the web administrator and the train chief. Your limited data remains safe in our reservation system. We hold the information until your reservation is completed, which is the fulfillment of contract and then it will be deleted. You will never get on a list for spam email from us. The only emails you will receive are related to your reservation.  If your information would be obtained by a breach, we would notify you immediately. You may request access to your personal information we store at any time. Updates to this information can be made by phone or email. Consent is granted by the customer when the reservation form is filled out and sent. We are a public venue. With purchase of your tickets, you are confirming your consent to be photographed. We use photos on our website and social media. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to verbally convey revocation of this consent. You agree to grant to St. Louis Iron Mountain and Southern Railway and its authorized representatives permission to record on photography film and/or video, pictures of your participation. I further agree that any or all of the material photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochure, or other printed materials used to promote this organization, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
